The Extended Monaco platform for the business
Launched on 17 December 2020, the Extended Monaco for Business platform aims to assess, train and support Monegasque companies in their digital transformation.
Extended Monaco for Business will provide you with the fundamentals to better understand the digital environment, its tools, benefits and risks.
Objectives of the Extended Monaco platform for the company
Assess your digital expertise
The Extended Monaco for Business (EME) platform offers you a quick diagnostic module (around 15 minutes) to assess your digital maturity. This is an essential step that will enable you to identify the training you need to tackle the digital revolution with confidence.
Digital training
You have free access to over 100 training courses offered by the Monegasque government on 5 essential themes:
- Transform your business through digital technology
- Boost your sale
- Develop your digital presence
- Develop your company's agility
- Protect yourself against digital risks
At the end of these courses, you will assess your knowledge and receive your Monaco E-Pass, which certifies the skills acquired throughout your training course.
Note that obtaining a Monaco E-Pass is a plus when it comes to obtaining “fonds bleu” funding for your projects.

Receive assistance from the "Fonds bleu"
The purpose of the “fonds bleu” is to finance digital transition projects for Monegasque companies. Selected projects can be financed up to 70% of the budget submitted!
Eligibility conditions for the company
- Être dûment inscrite au Registre du Commerce et de l’Industrie de la Principauté ou justifier d’une autorisation ministérielle en cours
- Justifier d’une activité réelle en Principauté de Monaco
- Avoir réalisé son autodiagnostic de maturité numérique sur la plateforme EME Il est par ailleurs conseillé d’avoir complété au moins un module dans la rubrique « Se former au numérique » de la plateforme
Eligible digital transition projects
Projects are eligible if they are part of a digital transition plan that meets one of the following three objectives:
- Improved customer experience and sales (for example increased visibility, new sales channels, redesign of the customer front office, customer relationship management, etc.).
- Productivity enhancement (for example use of digital HR, financial management and purchasing solutions, introduction of electronic signatures, dematerialisation of processes, etc.).
- Launch of new business models based on digital technology (for example creation of local "marketplace" platforms, creation of sovereign cloud services, etc.).
